Hello everyone! My name is Rob Speed, a field sports obsessed lad living in Somerset, UK

I started clay shooting with my uncle at 10 years of age which led me to decoying wood pigeons with friends on the Lincolnshire Wolds at any given opportunity. This passion of decoying birds led me to clay shooting, ferreting, game shooting and many other field sports.

During the COVID pandemic I created my YouTube channel and I have regularly filmed my days out in the field ever since.

The ‘Fieldsports with Speed’ channel mainly consists of myself and friend’s days in the hide decoying corvids and pigeons as well as on peg shooting driven game birds. I also do a few real life honest reviews on different guns as like most of us, I love guns!

Every video you watch on the channel you will be sure to see how much fun we have, lots of shooting, some informative tips on what I am doing and the ‘Hide Snack of the Day’!

I am incredibly passionate about our sport and love to share my knowledge and experiences with any one who is interested. My main aim of the channel is to promote field sports in the best way I see fit so the next generation of shooters can experience what I have.
